Refund policy

Return Conditions
Items must be returned in their original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is proven to be defective or incorrect.
All returns must be shipped with tracking and insurance.
Incorrect Address or Uncollected Parcels
If a parcel is delivered to a logistics center due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we cannot be held responsible.
If the customer, despite being notified, fails to collect the parcel within 8 working days, the order will be considered abandoned and no refund will be issued.
Refund Process

Refunds are issued using the original payment method within a few business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within the first hour of being placed. After an hour, our team will have already processed your order in our system and in the courier's system.
Damaged or Defective Products
If a product is damaged or defective, customers must contact customer service and provide appropriate evidence (such as photos or videos) so we can verify the issue and offer an appropriate resolution.
